Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, used for sign-in and service announcements. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• API keys and usage: keys are stored as salted hashes (we cannot recover the plaintext), together with per-key daily request counts for your dashboard and for enforcing tier limits.
• Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
• Server logs: requests to the API and website are logged with IP address and user agent for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging. Logs rotate on a short schedule.

We run no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Cookies are used only for your authentication session.

What we do with it

We use this data to operate the Service: authenticating you, metering usage, billing subscriptions, preventing abuse, and communicating service changes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors below.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@defipipe.io from your account address; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion at any time via support@defipipe.io.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email to account holders.
